No free trial. You pick a plan and your subscription starts right away, so you get the full product from day one. You can cancel any time.
What happens if I run out of included texts?
Your messages keep sending. Extra texts are billed at a small per-text rate (9c in Australia, 5.5c in the US and Canada) on your next invoice, and you'll see a heads-up in the app once you pass 80% of your monthly amount.
Can I save with annual billing?
Yes. Switch the toggle above to Annual and you save 15% compared with paying monthly. We show the effective per-month price and bill the year up front. You can start monthly and switch later, or the other way around.
How does the website widget work?
You add a small widget to your website. When a visitor uses it, they send you a text message (SMS), and the conversation lands in your shared inbox with everything else. It's texting, not a separate live-chat product.
Do I need to set up a phone number myself?
No. We set up your business text number for you automatically when you sign up. You don't need a separate account anywhere else.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your account settings. Upgrades take effect right away (with a pro-rata charge for the rest of the period); downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next billing date. Access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
