HiveThread suggests responses to every inbound message based on your knowledge base. Drop in your FAQ, scrape your website, or upload documents — the AI uses what you've taught it to draft replies that match your voice. Take the suggestion as-is, edit it, or dismiss.

Auto-reply mode goes one step further: when the AI's confidence is above your chosen threshold, it sends the response automatically. Each auto-reply is just an SMS or DM under the hood — counted against your monthly cap, never silent.
