HiveThread started because the existing options were too expensive for what they actually delivered. The big platforms charge real money to do something that, once you strip away the marketing, is a shared inbox with a few add-ons. So we built our own, and made it affordable for everyone.
We built it on the things that actually matter: your messaging set up and kept compliant for you, and AI suggestions that draw on your own business instead of generic templates. We use it every day to run our own business, so we know it works. Google and Facebook reviews land in the same inbox on the Business plan.
Why we built it
Most teams don't need a sprawling enterprise messaging suite, and they shouldn't have to pay enterprise prices for one. They need every customer message in one place, on a phone, with the team seeing the same screen, and they need it to cost less than what it's replacing. HiveThread is the affordable full platform, not a stripped-back tool and not an enterprise price tag.
Your data is yours
We don't sell your data to anyone, ever. Your conversations, your contacts and everything in your inbox belong to you, not us. We use them only to run HiveThread for you, never to build a profile or feed an ad network, and you can export or delete your data whenever you want.
